Harvard University's Victoria Frager Nabs April 2 Western Division Rookie of the Week
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Victoria Frager (Fr., La Jolla, Calif./La Jolla) tallied two goals, an assist and four steals in a 2-0 weekend for Harvard University against Mercyhurst University (10-4 W) and host George Washington University (18-12 W) in Washington, D.C. to claim the April 2 Women's Varsity Western Division Rookie of the Week award.
She posted goals against both the Lakers and Colonials, in addition to adding an assist and four steals against Mercyhurst, to help the Crimson conclude their Southern Division slate with a 4-1 mark to clinch the No. 2 seed for the upcoming Southern Division Championship at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa. on April 14-15.
The award marks the first weekly honor from the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) league office for Frager.
