The All-East team is awarded to the outstanding players at the Collegiate Water Polo Association's varsity championship tournament, the Eastern Championship.

Recipients are nominated by the program's head coach and voted upon by all the participating teams coaches at the tournaments. Recipients receive commemorative certificates to mark their accomplishment.
