He is responsible for coordinating the Officiating Bureau and serves as the primary liaison between the referees and the membership 

Technical Committee - Independent Contractors

They are responsible for evaluating, educating and assigning officials with the input from the Director of Officials

Evaluators - Independent Contractors

They are responsible for on-site evaluations of referees

Referees - Independent Contractors

They officiate all CWPA contests
