How To Become A CWPA Referee

No Collegiate Experience

• Pass a standard rules test. The test is open book. Return within one week.
• Purchase a whistle and all-white attire.
• May only be assigned with a CWPA A-Rated or higher referee.
• Must attend certified clinic during first year to continue officiating in the CWPA.

Previous Collegiate Experience

• Attend a certified referee clinic and pass the take home rules test.
• May only be assigned with a CWPA B-Rated or higher referee.
