Michigan State's Andrew Olesnavich Named September 28 Big Ten Division Player of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Michigan State University senior captain Andrew Olesnavich (Birmingham, Mich./Groves) tallied 12 goals, 10 assists and 14 steals in a 4-0 weekend for the Spartans to help MSU clinch the No. 3 seed for the Big Ten Division Championship and earn the September 28 Big Ten Division Player of the Week award.

The reigning National Collegiate Club Champions, Michigan State knocked off the University of Indiana (8-5 W), University of Iowa (11-6 W), University of Wisconsin (10-7 W) and Purdue University (19-7 W) to conclude the Big Ten Division regular season with a 6-2 record.
