Five CWPA Varsity Southern Division-Eastern Region Games Scheduled for September 25-27

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Bucknell University, Johns Hopkins University, George Washington University and Princeton University will all compete in league competition this weekend as five Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Southern Division-Eastern Region games are set for September 25-27.

On Friday, Bucknell will host No. 20-nationally ranked Johns Hopkins University at 8:00 p.m. in a critical Southern Division game as the Bison will look to open league play with a win, while Hopkins will seek to avoid falling to 0-3 in Southern Division competition.

The Bison will remain at home in Lewisburg on Saturday to face George Washington University (1:30 p.m.) and Princeton University (5:00 p.m.).

On Sunday, Princeton will return home to New Jersey to square-off with George Washington at 10:45 a.m. in the only game of the day.  The previously scheduled George Washington game versus Iona College of the CWPA Northern Division set for 3:00 p.m. has been cancelled due to the Gaels being in California.
