Nebraska's Jeff Lopez Named September 21 Great Plains Division Player of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Jeff Lopez (So., North Platte, Neb./North Platte) of the University of Nebraska made 20 saves with six stealsin 112 minutes to lead the Cornhuskers to wins over University of Kansas, Kansas State University and Iowa State University and earn the September 21Great Plains Division Player of the Week award.

Overall, the Cornhuskers knocked off University of Kansas (5-0 W Forfeit), Kansas State University (9-6 W) and Iowa State University (11-8 W), while falling to University of Minnesota (14-9 L).
