W&J to Induct Nemanja Kuzmanovic into Hall of Fame
WASHINGTON, Pa. -- Washington & Jefferson College Director of Athletics Bill Dukett has announced that four-time Division III All-America selection Nemanja Kuzmanovic '03 is among six former student-athletes that will be inducted into the Washington & Jefferson College Hall of Fame later this year
The 12th group inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame, the ceremony will take place on Friday, September 17, 2010 in the Rossin Campus Center Allen Ballroom at 6:00 pm. The 2010 class will also be recognized at halftime of the Presidents’ football game versus Bethany the next evening at Cameron Stadium (7:00 pm).
Kuzmanovic was a four-time Collegiate Water Polo Association Division III All-America selection for the Presidents. He still owns the school record with 307 career goals and earned CoSIDA At-Large Academic All-America honors as a senior. Kuzmanovic holds the single-season records for goals (76) and points (101) during the 2003 season. Kuzmanovic was a three-time All-Southern Division choice and also was an all-conference swimmer. He and his 800 freestyle relay teammates set a school record during the 1999-2000 season.
