Macalester's Catherine Flint Named March 29 Women's Varsity Division III Co-Player of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Catherine Flint (So., Palo Alto, Calif./Henry Gunn) of Macalester College scored 24 goals in five goals to lead the Scots to a 3-2 record at the second CWPA Division III Tournament hosted by Carthage College.

In a 17-2 victory over Connecticut College, she tallied seven goals, five assists and five steals before tacking on four goals in a 13-4 win against Pennsylvania State University-The Behrend College.  She recorded a season-best eight goals against Utica College (14-8 W), and tacked on a hat-trick versus Wheaton College (15-7 L) and a pair of markers versus Carthage College (19-6 L).

She shares the weekly award with Emma Higgins of Wheaton College.
