Bucknell's Nick Donahue Named Nov. 3 Southern Division Player of the Week; Richley Earns Rookie of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Bucknell University goalkeeper Nick Donahue (Jr., Brooklyn, N.Y./Lawrenceville) made a career high 16 saves to go over the 200-save plateau for his career to earn the November 3 Southern Division Player of the Week award, while driver Spencer Richley (Fr., Newport Beach, Calif./Newport Harbor) earned the Rookie of the Week honor following a 10-4 loss to No. 12 Saint Francis College in non-CWPA action last week.

Leading the No. 20 Bison into their final regular season game of the year in preparation for the Southern Division Championship this upcoming weekend at Princeton University, Donahue raised his season save total to 167 and notched the most saves in a game by a Bucknell goalie since 2005.

In addition, he now has 78 saves over his last eight games, including four double-digit outings, with the possibility of raising the total to over 100 in 10 games as the Bison will enter the Southern Division play as the No. 3 seed.

The award marks Donahue's second Player of the Week honor this year.

Richley nothced a career-high two assists against the Terriers for his sixth and seventh helper of the season following a five assist performance through the first 21 games of the year.

He now has four goals and seven assists this season.

Bucknell will continue the season at 9:00 a.m. on November 8 versus No. 6 seed Gannon University at the Southern Championship hosted by Princeton University.
