Seven of Nation's Top 20 Women's Club Teams to Compete at 8th Annual San Jose Two-Day Tournament

LOS ALTOS HILLS, Calif. -- Seven of the teams in the March 11 Women's National Collegiate Club Poll will compete this weekend at the 8th Annual San Jose Two-Day Tournament hosted by Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, California.

Divided into four brackets (A, B, C, D), the competing teams will have more than a few wins and losses on the line. In likely the last meeting of this many ranked teams until the National Collegiate Club Championship, team's national rankings will be on the line.

In Bracket A, No. 4-nationally ranked and defending National Collegiate Club champion California Polytechnic State University will face No. 8 Michigan State University and unranked University of California-Berkeley.

Bracket B features Foothill, No. 14 ranked California State University-Chico and University of Texas, which received votes in this week's Top 20 poll.

No. 4 ranked University of California-Davis highlights Bracket C which includes No. 14 University of California-San Diego and Modesto College. 

Finally, Bracket D features the biggest potential first round match-up as No. 1 University of Oregon is guaranteed to meet No. 5 University of Notre Dame and unranked California State University-Maritime Academy.
