CWPA Releases January 16 Infractions Summary

During the 2008 Men’s Northern Division Championship, a member of the Queens College water polo team committed a brutality and received a red card. In light of the fact that this was his second brutality of the season, the Queens College athletic administration will suspend him for the first 11 games of the 2009 season, including the first two league contests against Iona and MIT. Furthermore, the CWPA has placed the athlete on probation, indicating that any further brutalities committed by this athlete will result in his immediate suspension from CWPA competition for the remainder of the season.
