Vanderbilt Joins Men's Southeast Club Division
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Vanderbilt University, located in Nashville, Tennessee, has joined the Collegiate Water Polo Association Southeast Division for the 2009 men's season.
The Commodores, led by head coach AJ Baucum, will take on the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), University of Georgia, Univerisity of Tennessee, Auburn University and Clemson University as the Southeast Division expands to six teams.
Founded in 1873, Vanderbilt is a
private research university of about 6,500 undergraduates and 5,300
graduate and professional students. The university comprises 10
