Harvard Assistant Coach Ellen Estes Lee Featured in Swimming World Magazine
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Ellen
Estes Lee, an assistant coach for the Harvard University
men's and women's water polo, was featured in Swimming World
Magazine this week. Lee discusses her international career as
a water polo player, her coaching stint at Harvard and her academic
and professional life.
Lee, in her second season with the Crimson programs, won the
silver medal with Team USA at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney and
followed that performance with the bronze at the 2004 Games in
Athens.
She was also a four-time All-America selection at Stanford,
helping the Cardinal win the 2002 NCAA title. In 2003, Lee helped
the U.S. claim the World Championships in Barcelona and the Pan
American Games in Santo Domingo.
