UC-Davis' Mindy Bacharach Named April 20 Sierra Pacific Division Player of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Mindy Bacharah (So., Alamo, Calif.) of the University of California-Davis tallied four goals, three assists and six steals with one kickout drawn to earn the April 20 Sierra Pacific Division Player of the Week award for leading the Aggies to the 2009 Sierra Pacific Division Championship over the weekend.

She helped the Aggies knock off California State University-Maritime Academy (13-1 W), University of California-Davis "B" (10-0 W) and California State University-Chico (9-6 W) to capture the program's second straight Sierra Pacific Division title and earn a bid to the National Collegiate Club Championship.

The award marks the second time Bacharach has been recognized as the Sierra Pacific Division Player of the Week as she previously garnered the award on March 9.
